There are a bunch of guys that dedicate themselves to translate blog entries, it's enough to "search a little" a while after they have been published.
Sonic Tempest was "pretty famous" for his work on this, Iggy (from mmcafe) was also well loved for doing few of these when he felt like it); and there is another stupid guy who I rather left unmentioned ( http://www.mmcafe.com/cgi-bin/forums/bbs/messages/13297.shtml#57912 ).
BTW, with the arcade release these used to be weekly (and added on Thursdays, not Tuesdays) (or was it Fridays instead of Wednesdays, I can't recall), but that's sand for another sack; the thing is that we might see character reveals once a week or once every two weeks like in the arcade version, that would be pretty sweet.
